Terms and Conditions:
♥ Payment will be done through Paypal invoice only. Payment is in USD.
♥ I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason. If you want to know why I’ve declined I will respond. Please remember to read my Do’s and Don’ts before moving forward.
♥ I do not do first come first serve unless said otherwise.
♥ I will refund before starting/wip phase but if I have begun your piece past the work in progress stage then I can only do partial since I have started the piece in question.
♥ I will send a WIP shot of your piece but please do not post the unfinished work anywhere ever. You may ask for changes/ make suggestions but up to three times before I start charging for it.
♥ I do take my time with pieces. Depending on what it is can take me from a week to a month. I will update on socials if there are issues that may push back any artwork I’m working on.
Whether it be sickness, work, etc. Please be patient. If you’d like to know the status I will tell you but please don’t send me a thousand messages asking about it.
♥ If something needs to be finished by a certain date please tell me in advance. I will do my best to work with you on it. I am not responsible for any due date you do not inform me of.
♥ I will contact you through social media/email originally contacted on and send your finished art through there.
♥ Commissioners understand that I maintain the rights to my artwork, and am allowed to use it for promotional purposes for myself. (Ex. Portfolio, commission samples/sheets, ads.)
♥ All commissioned artwork will be posted on my social media. If you do not wish for me to post it or wait until after a certain date PLEASE tell me in advance.
♥ As the commissioner you have only personal rights to the artwork I give. You may not use it for commercial use unless I have stated otherwise.
♥ You must give credit to me when using/re-posting the artwork I make publicly.
♥ You MAY NOT trace, edit, redraw, or claim ownership of the art you commission from me.
